Designer, writer, dreamer.

Born and bred in Alberta, I have independence in my heart and hard work in my soul. As a descendant of the original Métis homesteaders of Jasper Nation Park, the Rocky Mountains are in my blood.

I love what I do, and spend far too much time drawing and drafting. When not in the office, I enjoy being in nature - hiking a mountain, swimming in a freezing creek, or reading on top of a waterfall.

After graduating from SAIT with a diploma in architectural technologies, I was lucky enough to accept a position with SBL Contractors Ltd. as their in-house designer and technologist. Since then, I have honed my abilities and worked on some incredible projects.

In 2020, as the world was gripped by chaos, I was inspired to write a novel. Having always enjoyed writing, I felt I was prepared to move from collaborative online short stories to a full-blown book. THE AWAKENING, an adult fantasy novel, is my first foray into writing professionally, and I hope to see it on bookstore shelves sooner rather than later.

In 2021, I formed Talean Designs to provide residential design and drafting services to friends and family, supplementing my work with SBL Contractors.
